Boxing Club

BC High Boxing Club is a club that meets every Friday for twelve weeks. So far, three classes have passed, but it is not too late to sign up. If you are looking for something to do in the off-season or if you would like a challenging workout, consider signing up for boxing club. The classes are every Friday afternoon and run from 3:00 to 4:00. If you have to catch a train you are allowed to leave a few minutes early to catch it. The trainers that are there are really helpful and will tell you if you are doing something wrong. No prior boxing experience is needed to join, and all students are welcomed. The trainers run us through different exercises to increase our strength, stamina, and agility. We also do a lot of mitt-work and shadow boxing which helps us to improve our boxing skills.
