Armenian Culture Club

Armenia, there’s lots to discover.

Did you know that the Kardashians are Armenian, or that Armenia was the first nation to adopt Christianity? Armenian Culture Club provides an exciting environment where you can learn the answers to these questions and so much more about Armenia’s history and fascinating culture. Participants engage in a variety of fun and interesting cultural activities. For example, last year the club had food and deserts, watched old Soviet era cartoons, viewed highlights of the Armenian national soccer team, and looked at some traditional objects. This year, given the quarantine and social distancing guidelines, the club plans on having more games and activities in which virtual and in-person students can participate. Such activities could range from game-show style competitions centered on Armenia to discussions revolving around Armenian current events. The meeting place and time is still not determined, but if you are interested, feel free to contact!
